First, we focus on the Spiritual Wellbeing of our patients. We believe that those with a strong spiritual foundation respond more favorably to treatment and are less likely to relapse.  It is our hope that all of our patients learn to have a strong sense of spirituality and draw from that spirituality when faced with daily temptations and challenges.  We begin each day with prayer. We teach our patients the purpose of prayer, how we pray, and why we pray. While we will never force any patient to pray, at Beacon Recovery, we know that everyone has a light . . . it’s our hope to locate that light and make it shine. We teach our patients how to obtain “self-love” so that they, in turn, have the ability to love others and love themselves enough to be freed of the entrapment of addiction.  We assist them in their spiritual journey, no matter where they are along the way.
